Diergaarde Blijdorp has a spacious car park. Parking tickets are available at the ticket machines at the main entrance.
Smoking is not allowed at the Zoo.
Diergaarde Blijdorp is easily accessible for wheelchair users and mobility scooters. Along your route, you will also find plenty of benches in atmospheric spots.
For a relaxed exploration with smaller children, you can rent strollers at the entrance for €3.50.
Visitors wishing to bring an assistance dog into the garden must register this by telephone at least one day in advance. Call 0900-1857.
Blijdorp offers a special guided tour for visually impaired visitors. In this tour, animal life is made as 'visible' as possible, both individually and in small groups, through the use of the sense of touch.
